We at Heavens Shelties Kennels feel that Shetland Sheepdogs are special enough to be called our kids!! We love each and every one of them. We fell in love with Shelties four years ago when we brought home our first one, "Stormy." Since then I have researched as much as I can about them and have found that they are just as wonderful as all the books say. And as I have heard before, Shelties are like potato chips, You can never have just one!! Three years ago we brought "Sadie" home and have been truly blessed with her presence in our home. People on the street would offer to buy her, after being told she was not for sale, the asked if she would have any puppies. I then decided that it would be an exciting adventure to breed Shelties. At Christmas time 2005 we brought Malachi home. January 12th, 2006 Sadie had her first litter. We kept one of her pups and named her Ouma, the other one has found a good home. We also added another addition to our family in February by bringing home another male, whom we named River. In August we brought Orpha home. In October we adopted 3 year old Ike. And finally, my Christmas present, Libby, a beautiful tri-female. Please check out the cute pics of the kids on our photo pages!
All of our Shelties are registered with the American Kennel Club. We are located in Williams, a small Northern Minnesota town near Warroad and Baudette.
